Mental Health Occupational Lead

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Occupational Lead to join our team at CV-Library. With a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of therapists and develop innovative interventions to improve occupational skills and mental wellbeing.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing members of the therapy team, overseeing service provision, and providing supervision to junior staff. This role requires a degree or diploma in occupational therapy and registration with the HCPC, as well as experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Managing therapy teams and overseeing service provision
- Providing supervision to junior staff
- Delivering innovative interventions to improve occupational skills and mental wellbeing
- Reducing restrictive interventions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in occupational therapy and registration with the HCPC
- Experience working in a healthcare setting and/or with clients with mental health diagnoses or challenging behaviors (at least 2 years)
- Desirable: Sensory Integration Training qualification or experience
