We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Worker to join our team in Hendon, supporting the development of a newly opened children's home.

As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the recognition and fulfillment of the young people's needs, free from discrimination, and protecting them from harm both inside and outside the home.

You will work closely with management to ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, legislation, and company policies, and participate in the creation and monitoring of individual care plans for the young people.

Key responsibilities include organizing and supervising recreational and leisure activities, maintaining a safe and sensitive environment, and performing various household duties.
