Unity Residential Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team.

We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people, and we believe that our Residential Support Workers play a vital role in achieving this goal.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including helping with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual care plans, and you will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people, and who has a strong commitment to providing excellent care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including helping with daily tasks and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 20 years old.
  • Ability to work in the UK and provide documents.
  • Children and young people's workforce, Youth Work or an equivalent qualification (Preferred).
  • Relevant experience working with children and young people: 2 years (Preferred).
