Senior Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our new supported living and residential service in the Wolverhampton area.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing care teams and delivering high-quality services for individuals with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being is met.
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to provide exceptional support and care, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as CQC requirements, to maintain a safe and secure service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and quality assurance metrics, to inform service improvement and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- A valid registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a proven track record of leadership in care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, service users, and stakeholders.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service and its users.
