**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a Children's Community Outreach Specialist to join our team in Cannock. As an Independent Visitor, you will work directly with children and young people in care, providing emotional support, guidance, and companionship to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To establish a strong rapport with your assigned child or young person
  • To engage in regular activities and outings with your match, promoting social skills, confidence, and personal growth
  • To provide emotional support and guidance to help your match navigate life challenges and build resilience
  • To maintain regular contact with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any concerns
