Role Overview

This is a field-based role that requires driving skills and local area knowledge. As our first point of contact with residents in new build areas, you will inform them about building work and provide information about our ultrafast fibre network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting resident contact details to keep them informed about progress and eligibility to go live.
  • Capturing resident contact details to understand broadband products used by local communities.
  • Maintaining weekly and monthly team conversation targets.
Requirements
  • A full driving license is essential.
  • You must be able to hold conversations with new people and have good time management and organisation skills.
  • Ideal candidates have experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, field sales or telesales.
  • Good knowledge of the local area is also beneficial.
