We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Cannock. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users, enhancing their wellbeing and contributing to a supportive community.
You will work closely with adults with mental health illnesses, supporting them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You will be part of a dedicated team that delivers exceptional levels of support, making a tangible difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to service users with mental health illnesses
- Assist service users with daily tasks, such as personal care and domestic duties
- Facilitate activities that promote physical and mental wellbeing
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for service users
Estimated salary: £20,000 per annum
