About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fibre Engineer to join our installation team in Staffordshire, as part of a rapidly expanding Fibre networking company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fibre optic cable connection and testing, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to assess and set up safe working conditions, using relevant signage and courtesy boards.
  • Perform testing and splicing tasks on existing connections or distribution points.
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed, installing CBTs, surveying, or blowing fibre.
Requirements
  • NRSWA Unit 2 certification
  • Valid driving licence with at least two years' experience
  • SA001 Safety Overhead and SA002 Safety Underground certifications
  • PIA certification
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
