About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fibre Network Liaison to join our team at Substantial Group. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will be responsible for communicating with residents in our new build areas, providing them with information about our ultrafast fibre network and capturing their contact details to keep them informed of progress. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive and navigate around the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to hold conversations with residents at their door or at local events.
  • When we are about to go live in an area, you will be responsible for capturing resident contact details to help us understand broadband products used by local communities.
  • This role requires good knowledge of the area and the ability to work independently.
  • You will also be expected to work towards weekly and monthly team conversation targets.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Must have a full driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Good knowledge of the local area is required.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a good work ethic are essential.
