Lead Role for Children's Service:
Charles Hunter Associates are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker for their children's service in Cannock. The successful candidate will support young individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex health conditions, aged 3-18 years old.

Key Tasks:
  • Support the Deputy and Registered Manager in ensuring residents' safety and security.
  • Manage team members, including rotas, recruitment, and inductions.
  • Liaise with external providers to secure optimal support for residents.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Understanding of OFSTED regulations, standards, and safeguarding.
  • The ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation: Up to £14.50 per hour.
