Support Children with Learning Disabilities in Our Home

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team in Cannock. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a close-knit team providing care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors.

Salary: £12,590 - £13,340 per annum

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and hold a Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent. You will also be able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.

In this role, you will provide individualized support to each child, helping them to achieve their full potential and participate in activities that promote independence and self-confidence.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that the needs of each child are met.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate our company values of being friendly, passionate, caring, positive, pleasant, approachable, empowering, and person-centered.
