With an exciting opportunity to join Totally plc's Urgent Care division, we are seeking skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to expand their role within Primary Care.

We welcome applications from a variety of professional backgrounds, including nurses, pharmacists, and paramedics, who possess a Master's level award or equivalent.

As an ACP within our Urgent Treatment Centres, you will support existing clinical care to enhance capacity and capability within multi-professional teams.

You will be responsible for assessing health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, using advanced clinical practice skills and clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.

This face-to-face role will involve a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, overnight, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical teams and manage day-to-day operations
  • Carry out comprehensive patient consultations, taking a detailed history
  • Determine treatment plans, including prescribing medication or referring patients to specialist services within agreed pathways and protocols

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience:

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist qualification
  • Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or higher)
  • Clinical skills qualification at degree level
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness
  • Independent prescriber status
  • Evidence of study in minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
  • Evidence of study in paediatric minor illness or willingness to develop these skills
  • Evidence of study in paediatric minor injury or willingness to develop these skills

We offer a competitive salary range of £43,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can enjoy the following benefits:
