Clinical Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our Community Wellbeing and Mental Health (CWAMH) senior management team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

Sheffield Children's is a leading specialist paediatric hospital, providing dedicated healthcare for children and young people across community, mental health and acute specialist settings. Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead on effective and efficient management of clinical services, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Dietetics. Key responsibilities will include service planning and improvement, development of business cases, contracting and workforce planning. The Service Manager will also play a significant part in ensuring that safety and quality processes are fit for purpose.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's level degree or equivalent management experience, with evidence of ongoing professional development. They will also have significant relevant managerial experience, proven leadership skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
