About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead in the Early Intervention Service. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to individuals experiencing first episode psychosis">
  • Assess, plan, and implement care plans for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis">
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes for individuals and their families/social networks">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare providers and agencies to ensure seamless care coordination">

Person Specification:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • ">
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current registration with the NMC">
  • Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health care">
  • Previous experience of working with people with psychosis">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">

Salary and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for further training and development within the role. We also have a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
