About Alchemy Global Talent Solutions:

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruitment & Operations Administrator to enhance our Fine Art and Gallery division.

We are in search of an individual who is exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing their own responsibilities effectively.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering administrative assistance to the Fine Art and Gallery division.
  • Maintaining accurate and updated CRM/ATS data by meticulously coding candidate skills and entering all pertinent information correctly.
  • Formatting CVs and tracking submissions within our CMS/ATS (Bullhorn).
  • Creating job descriptions and posting new openings on Bullhorn.
  • Advertising vacancies across various job platforms including LinkedIn, Reed, and CV Library.
  • Engaging with candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Identifying potential candidates through online platforms and our internal CRM for active vacancies.
  • Reviewing and processing incoming applications submitted via our website.
  • Distributing articles, marketing content, and job advertisements through LinkedIn.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles and associated processes.
  • Competent in IT and quick to adapt to new software.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn CRM/ATS is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing one's own workload.
