Job Summary:

Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Operations Review Coordinator to join our team on a 3-6 month contract. As an Operations Review Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and improving the horticultural operations of a local council.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong working relationships with operational staff, team leaders, supervisors, project sponsors, and project team members to provide day-to-day contact on status and changes.
  • Process Review and Improvement: Review, interpret, and challenge current processes, rotas, and plant usage, and research other organizations and approaches to identify best practices.
  • Methodology Development: Establish the most appropriate methodology for setting and monitoring work, including time and distance covered, plant used, and costings for commercial work.
  • Project Management: Proactively make project and team linkages and manage a collaborative approach to the review and proposals throughout the iterative process of building and delivering recommendations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present relevant reports for senior management, including the Head of Service, Corporate Director, Management Board, Portfolio Holder, and Cabinet.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate any unresolved technical issues to the relevant Service Unit.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. You will also need to have a strong analytical mindset and be able to interpret and challenge current processes.
