About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Pursuit Resources Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting our existing client base and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to share best practices, provide support, and drive team success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and new business development.
  • Skills: Strong sales, networking, and client development abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, human resources, or marketing.
  • Certifications: Relevant recruitment certifications, such as CIPD or RRP.
