Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, working closely with our clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Book products in for service and repair, arrange and book collections of orders, and match orders to relevant purchase orders.
- Customer Service: Keep customers updated on the status of their order, prepare orders for shipment, and conduct thorough checks before off-hiring products to ensure no damages.
- Reporting and Administration: Generate reports to ensure accurate invoicing, process hires and orders daily, and act as the main point of contact for incoming calls, redirecting to relevant departments.
- Team Support: Greet and assist visitors to the office, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- IT Literacy: Proficiency in Word, Access, and Sage software packages is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Teamwork: A hardworking team player, willing to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve business objectives.
