About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role requires evangelizing our radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to drive customer satisfaction ratings.

You will build and invest in relationships with customers, lead pursuit teams, and develop account plans to execute and win new Pure Customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer business challenges and position Pure's portfolio to solve persistent problems.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of sales activity to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication, and build strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development; consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues.
  • A proven track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
