Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to lead our community team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of carers and delivering personalized care plans for children and their families. You will work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of carers and develop their clinical skills and knowledge
  • Deliver high-quality care services to children and their families
  • Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services
Benefits and Remuneration:
  • Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
  • £3,000 car allowance
  • 2 days working from home per week / 3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
  • 33 days holiday
