Nursing Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work with a dynamic team.
About the Role:
This role involves providing face-to-face support to children and their families, while creating personalized care plans. You will also be responsible for providing training and support with clinical skills and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each client
• Provide ongoing monitoring and support of clients' physical and physiological needs
• Collaborate with community teams and CHC nurses to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
• Manage and deliver nursing interventions, including medicine administration
Requirements:
• RSCN with at least 6 months of UK experience and an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical skills, with experience of managing tracheostomy care and ventilators
• Full UK driving license (desirable)
