We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for delivering individualized, evidence-based care to patients, working closely with medical staff to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all relevant information is documented and shared with the care team.
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Good general education
- Registered Nurse (General)
- ENB 998/371 or equivalent
We offer an attractive salary package, estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include flexible working arrangements, generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and access to health and wellbeing services.
