Acute Ward Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse to join our team on Ward 18 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high standards of patient care and contribute to the development of a dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will be supported through our 1-year preceptorship programme, tailored to their individual needs.

About the Job- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients with high acuity needs.
- Supervise the work of the nursing team and ensure that individual programmes of care are formulated accordingly to patient needs and current research/guidelines.
- Assess patients' needs and develop plans of care in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Registered Nurse or student nurse awaiting confirmation.
- Committed to ongoing professional development to enhance practice.
- Previous surgical nursing experience is desirable but not essential.
- $29,970 to $36,483 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
