We are a leading provider of complex care packages within the community, seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans for each child. You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including management of medicine delivery
  • Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK, an active NMC PIN, and up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
