We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our paediatric outreach team as a Band 6 Children and Young People’s Community Nurse. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to children and young people within their own home and primary care setting.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a variety of paediatric settings, including community nursing for children and young people with acute and long-term conditions. They will also have experience of managing complex medical needs, assessing and delivering individual care plans, and developing high standards in quality of care.
