We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and ensure a smooth flow of communication.
- Administrative Support: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry duties.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems during work hours to ensure a secure environment.
- Mail and Parcel Management: Sort and distribute mail, and handle parcel delivery and collection.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor badges, sign in and out visitors, and assist with bookings for visitors.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with visitors, colleagues, and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and systems, with strong administrative skills.
