Teaching Support Role for Students with Special Needs

Premier Teachers is recruiting a Teaching Support Role for Students with Special Needs in a thriving SEN school situated in the Morpeth area. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including ASD, Speech and Language difficulties, MLD, SEMH challenges, and PMLD/complex needs.
This rewarding position requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about working with SEN students. You should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a willingness to learn from experienced staff. We prioritize flexibility, a growth mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in designing and implementing effective lesson plans
• Adapt educational resources to meet individual student needs
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
