Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and experienced 1-to-1 Male Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to work with a year 10 male pupil with Autism and attachment needs on a full-time basis. This long-term role has the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The student's Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) requires a Male Teaching Assistant.
The successful applicant will have experience working with primary or secondary school-aged children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). A passion for supporting the progress of students with SEN is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This role offers a competitive daily rate paid via the PAYE system, with opportunities for social events and networking. Pension contributions and professional development through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) are also available.
