Key Responsibilities

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience assisting young learners on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational setting
  • Team Teach certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Calm and caring demeanor
  • Experience managing challenging behavior and resilience
