SEN Educational Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Male SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEND school in Morpeth. As a 1-to-1 support worker, you will work closely with a year 10 male pupil who has Autism and attachment needs on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with primary or secondary school-aged children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills.
This long-term role from December onwards offers the possibility of a permanent vacancy for the right person. The successful applicant will benefit from competitive daily rates paid using the PAYE system, social events, pension contributions, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance their skills and knowledge.
