Premier Teachers is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with complex needs in our partner SEN school. The role requires flexibility, a willingness to learn from experienced staff, and the ability to engage with children with varying special educational needs.

Apart from providing a supportive environment, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum and ongoing training opportunities to enhance your career.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience, as well as a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or above. While experience is preferred, we also consider candidates with relevant experience in residential care environments.

To ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, applicants must provide two professional references and undergo a DBS check.
