We are looking for an experienced Pre-Assessment Nurse Specialist to join our team at Practice Plus Group Hospital Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have recent experience at Band 5 or equivalent in an acute surgical setting and be able to demonstrate evidence-based practice.

The successful candidate will work closely with medical colleagues and be responsible for planning, allocating, and evaluating their own work while developing themselves and enhancing the performance of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-standard patient care in an Outpatients setting
  • Manage workload on a daily basis
  • Ensure effective communication for high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse Part 1
  • Evidence of Continued professional development
  • ECG, Venepuncture training

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Benefits include competitive fixed salary, private pension, 25 days annual leave, private medical insurance, and continuous training and development.
