About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Parkinson's Disease Therapies Specialist Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients with advanced Parkinson's disease. You will also contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies to ensure that best practices are followed across the trust.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care. As a specialist nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in device-assisted therapies, including infusion-based treatments and deep brain stimulation.
