About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Neurology, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions. We are looking for an experienced nurse who can demonstrate advanced practice skills, including holistic assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assessing and monitoring risk in own and others' practice.
  • Working within the Nursing + Midwifery Council (NMC) Code, Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives.
  • Medicines Management and Standards of proficiency for nurse and midwife prescribers if appropriate.
  • Adhering to UHPT Lone Working policy.

We offer a competitive salary of £41,889 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
