Parkinson's Disease Specialist

The University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with advanced and complex Parkinson's disease.
This is a fixed-term position for two years, with the possibility of becoming permanent if funding is secured. Preference will be given to internal candidates, as well as those with 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status, who have relevant experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to patients with advanced and complex Parkinson's disease
- Develop and implement treatment plans in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess and monitor risk in own and others' practice, ensuring safe delivery of care
- Work within the Nursing + Midwifery Council (NMC) Code, Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives
