About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for Organisational Development to join our team at the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of world-class patient care across Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change team, ensuring the effective delivery of projects and initiatives.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting culture change initiatives and projects, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £33,528 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package. If you are passionate about fostering a culture of openness, safety, and continuous improvement, we would welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Autonomously manage elements of specific Speaking Up Safely and Culture Change projects as delegated.
  • Ensure that standard project management methodologies are applied to successfully deliver projects.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of organisational development principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Project Management qualification such as Prince 2 or equivalent experience.
