Job Summary

Our client, Opex Selection, is seeking a Lean Transformation Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity will involve driving OEE improvements and implementing cost reduction initiatives at their South Wales factory.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement lean transformation strategies to drive business improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve OEE goals and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and improvement

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, focused on OEE improvements and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

What We Offer
  • A salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A relocation allowance available if applicable
