As a Clinical Training Specialist at the Transformation Unit, you will be responsible for directing education and support to multidisciplinary teams in promoting high-quality learning environments in resuscitation.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in critical or emergency care settings and an interest in resuscitation training. They must be able to work independently and plan their workload effectively.

You will manage, coordinate, and supervise training in basic and advanced resuscitation according to the Transformation Unit's training strategy. This includes providing expert knowledge in adult and pediatric resuscitation and contributing to the development of the Resuscitation Service.

We offer a competitive salary range of £46,840 - £53,602 per annum and flexible working hours on occasion. Travel between sites is essential.
