**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Resuscitation Training Specialist to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in critical or emergency care settings to develop their skills in adult resuscitation training.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Board of Surgery to provide high-quality training in basic and advanced life support for adults and paediatrics across various healthcare settings. With a strong focus on quality improvement, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and contributing to the development of our Resuscitation Service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising training programs, working independently, and planning your workload effectively. You will also contribute to the promotion and development of our Resuscitation Service, ensuring alignment with our organisation's strategic objectives.

This is a Band 7 position, requiring a minimum of Band 6 experience in a critical or emergency care setting, with a proven interest in Resuscitation Training. You must be able to travel between sites and work flexible hours as required.

The estimated salary for this position is £46,840 - £53,602 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
