Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and deliver training, workshops, and blended learning activities
  • SUPPORTING LEARNERS IN ACHIEVING ALL OUTCOMES FOR THE CIPD HUMAN RESOURCES QUALIFICATION
  • E nsure compliance with the standards of awarding organisations, Welsh Government guidelines, the Estyn Common Inspection Framework, and ALS requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a HR role
  • Membership with CIPD (minimum Associate level)
  • CIPD qualification (minimum level 5)
  • A valid UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle
  • Applicants must have the Right to work in the UK
  • Good standard of education: GCSE (or equivalent) English & Math

  • Creative & passionate for training/learning
