Join our Transformation Unit as a Clinical Heart Failure Specialist and contribute to delivering high-quality care to patients with heart failure. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist advice and guidance to clinical teams, patients, and carers, both in the outpatient and inpatient setting.
Job OverviewThe role of the band 7 Heart Failure Clinical Nurse Specialist is to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care for patients. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based care, working independently, and influencing within and outside of the service.

Main Responsibilities- Provide specialist advice and guidance to clinical teams, patients, and carers

**Salary:** £45,119 - £62,216 per annum (based on UK national average salary)
