About the Job

Moxie People is looking for a People and Culture Specialist to join our team in Cardiff. As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to managers and being a key point of contact for employees.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in employee relations and a proven track record of managing employee absences. You will work closely with the HR team to maintain and update HR information systems and generate reports to support departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and guidance to managers.
  • Employee relations and absence management.
  • HR information system maintenance.
  • Reporting and data analysis.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £34,000 per annum.
