About the Position:
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards that promote a positive safety culture. You will also develop and deliver training programs, conduct audits, and investigate incidents. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. As a Safety Culture Specialist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that promote employee engagement and participation in health and safety activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to promote a positive safety culture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that raise awareness and promote a culture of safety awareness
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
- Investigate incidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in managing health and safety functions in a similar industry or environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
