Job Description
Moxie People is looking for an HR Advisor to join our team. This role is based in Cardiff and involves working 4 days per week in-office (hybrid model). The estimated salary for this position is up to £34,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to managers, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies. This includes handling a diverse caseload, being a key point of contact for employees, and supporting managers with absence and attrition tracking.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification (candidates working towards this qualification will also be considered).
