About the Role
Dovehaven Care Homes is seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our care homes and regional managers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative processes, including data analysis, training and development, leave and attendance management, and meeting support. They will also take an active part in the setup of new services and changes from an administrative perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to care homes and regional managers
- Analyse and report service data and information
- Develop and implement administrative processes and systems
- Support training and development initiatives
- Manage leave and attendance
- Provide meeting support and minute taking
- Escalate concerns to senior management
Requirements
- Experience in an administration role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
