About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our care homes and regional manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative processes, including data analysis and reporting, training and development monitoring, and administration cover in the absence of home administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and report service data and information to the regional managers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide additional support to the service, including training and development monitoring, project work, and audits.
  • Administer annual leave and attendance through the computerised resource management system.
  • Provide administration cover and support in the absence of home administrators.
  • Organise and provide support in meetings, including minute taking and disseminating outcomes to relevant teams.
  • Take an active part in the set-up of new services or changes from an administrative, system, or process point of view.
  • Escalate to senior management any concerns with the quality or accuracy of data and provide action plans to resolve such problems.
  • Ensure a high-quality and timely support is provided when producing correspondence, reports, emails, presentations, project plans, and spreadsheets.
