Job Description:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Maintain the training programme, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date
• Process bookings onto the OLM training database, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Prepare and distribute joining instructions to delegates, guaranteeing clear communication
• Comply with ISO 9001 quality management standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence

Requirements:
* Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a training or educational environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Ability to work independently, prioritising workload and maintaining accurate records

About the Salary:
The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate of £11.44-£11.71, depending on experience. This competitive salary reflects the company's commitment to rewarding employees for their hard work and dedication.
