Medical Office Coordinator

At Dunelm Medical Practice, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administration staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our doctors and healthcare professionals. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, answering queries and directing them to the appropriate service or healthcare professional.
In addition to your customer-facing duties, you will also be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
