Office Angels is seeking a skilled Student Accommodation Coordinator to join its vibrant team in Durham City Centre. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. Prior industry experience is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, or property are encouraged to apply, as these experiences translate well to this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure positive tenant and landlord experiences.
  • Manage communications through phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Stay informed on lettings compliance, including conducting Right to Rent checks.
  • Handle new inquiries from tenants and landlords, advertising properties, and proactively reaching out to potential tenants.
  • Register applicants, coordinate and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback to landlords.
  • Support the asset management team during high-demand periods.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Willingness to travel between different locations.
  • Valid driver's licence and personal vehicle (preferred).

Competitive Salary: £23,800 + bonus scheme per annum.
