About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Gather & Gather. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Oversee the preparation and production of breakfast, lunch, and evening services, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Night Shift Management: Manage the night shift service, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Front of House Support: Provide support to the Front of House team, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that all necessary documentation is up to date.
